It is located in the convenient Davenport community of Sunset Ridge which is close to shopping at Posner Park, Advent Health emergency room, dining, local amenities and access to I4. Less than 20 minutes to Walt Disney World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, Sea World and International Dr. An open kitchen where you can prepare meal for family and friends. This home comes with 2 master bedroom and a private bathroom, each bedroom comes with a King bed and a TV and an exquisite ocean decoration that will transport you to the Caribbean. The third bedroom comes with two twin beds and a magnificent sharks decoration. The fourth bedroom is nicely decor with Disney Princess and comes with 2 twin beds. Last but not least our last bedroom that will transport you to the hottest beaches of Florida and comes with a bunk bed.
Large living room with a sectional to enjoy a movie night with the kiddos.
Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74C.
