Summary: Basic hotel, which was all we needed. Two of the three nights, we complained (around midnight) about the noise from the room above us. The second time, we were told the room was being vacated so no further problems. They said they would refer to the General Manager to provide a discount to us for the nuisance. On check out, we were told the GM hadn’t yet responded so I paid in full and awaited hearing about the refund. After two days, I emailed the property but it’s now five 5 days and no response!
