Summary: In subzero weather there was no heat in the room. Froze all night even with extra blankets. Heater was fixed the next day however it was very loud when it turned on and off. When the room doors closed they were very loud The hot tub rail was loose The vanity in our bathroom looked homemade. I was very disappointed
