Summary: The property is beautiful but that’s where it begin and ends. Staff were disinterested and it was like a cafeteria experience -no warmth or personality. The concierge was terrible and no one went out of their way. Although the hotel grounds and location are beautiful it was very touristy and impersonal with not much to do in the area.
