Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The castle was fully accessible and impressive in terms of historical charm with possibility to access different activities such as boat excursion of the lake and pool table for free. The staff was very carefull for our kid and providing her the best experience.

Negative: The venue is marketing and pricing as a premium hotel but with insufficient staff allocated versus the service expected. The check in was non existing (reception closed already at 1930) and we had to discover the place by ourselves. It feels a private rental more then hotel experience, in this sense this is not good value for money.
