Summary: A disappointing stay… I have difficulty moving around while standing and sometimes I need a wheelchair. I asked for an adapted room, at least on the ground floor, because there were no elevators, and I had a service dog, but despite my arrival at 6:00 PM, and the few cars around the hotel, I was told that no room was available for me. The cleaning in our room was not done properly. Hair and dust were rolling around in the corners of the bathroom. What can I say about lunch… it was bad!
