Duplex of about 60 m2 renovated, can accommodate a family of 4 people. Very bright, it offers a separate bedroom for parents with small wardrobe and dresser, a bathroom with large walk-in shower, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher and oven, and a terrace (10 m2) where you can take meals. The toilets are separate. On the floor a big plate dedicated to the children, corner wardrobe and dresser, and small terrace with deckchairs to see the sun go down ..... Finally, a parking space completes the whole.

The residence is facing a very busy campsite in high season (July-August). The view is very clear and overlooks a pine forest.

To go to the beach, you have the choice between going to the lake (10 minutes by car, and very popular with small children) or the ocean (10 minutes walk from the apartment).

During the 2 months of summer, you will be spoiled for choice in restaurants, and every day you can go to the market to do your grocery shopping. In the evening, place at the night market.

During the summer (only), a supermarket is 2 minutes walk from the residence, so no worries for the biggest races. The rest of the year, only a mini market and a bakery remain open ... You have to go to the village for bigger races ......

A launderette and a pharmacy are also nearby.

The arcachon basin is 1/2 hour, with the dune of Pilat, Moulleau, the great port of Arcachon, and the train station that allows you to go to Bordeaux.

Bordeaux is a 1 hour drive.

Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday, for the months of July and August. Thank you.
