Positive: We had such a wonderful stay and made so many beautiful memories here. The hotel itself is stunning, but what really made our experience special was the incredible team. Ayaan, the Duty Manager, was absolutely amazing from check-in right through to check-out. He made sure everything we wanted or needed was taken care of and genuinely went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we really appreciated how attentive and helpful he was throughout our stay. Sampath at breakfast was always such a friendly face to see in the morning. He regularly checked in with us, made us feel so welcome and was always warm and attentive. Margret at the beach was lovely too. She was so friendly and gave us some great tips on where to go to see the fish while snorkelling. Shani at the Spa was always incredibly welcoming and helpful whenever we wanted to arrange treatments. Hemandra was also fantastic — always such a happy, friendly face at the spa and full of useful recommendations about Mahé, including places to visit and which hikes to try. We also have to mention Ranjeev, the Landscape Manager, who was so hands-on and helpful when we managed to lose our car keys! He really went out of his way to help us find them. And honestly, it wasn’t just these individuals — everyone we came across was so friendly and welcoming. The service really made the stay. We absolutely loved our time here. A beautiful hotel, wonderful people and so many special memories. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable!
