Summary: I was "upgraded" upon arrival to a room that was absolutely not cleaned: clumps of dog and human hair all over the floor, bedside tables, and in the bed. Very weak internet. Not all rooms get an extension cord with 3 prong plug in option. No hand soap. Dirty stained sheets and towels. And the last straw was the pee drops on the toilet seat so I called the owner. He was very colorful with his disgust in the cleaners which I did not want to hear or feel yelled at. The new room was cleaner but on ground level so I had to keep all shades closed. The carpet throughout the location haven't seen a vacuum. After my room switch two women popped out from their room to express their disappointment and concern to me as well. Very expensive for the low quality and care. However the location is nice.
