Summary: Requested two first floor rooms and was told there was only one. When I got to the second floor room there was a horrible sewage like smell. Although there were other first floor room available I was only helped when the next day’s clerk came in. When I got to the first floor room the refrigerator worked slightly and the microwave would not work.
