Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: location and transportation to Disneyland is good to choose. Though it's quite isolate from the downtown, but shuttle bus service and MRT station could solve this weak point.

Negative: Problem solution is poor. the 1st day of breakfast we found the breakfast room very small with not too many seat, and many guests are waiting in very long line. My family went there since 06.30am and wait almost an hour, finally we found the sandwich from convenient store nearby. (we have 2 kids and need to catch the shuttle bus on the time for Disneyland) No drinking water in the room. At least 1 bottle/person/day should be provided (especially the check in date). It reflects a welcoming attitude, attentiveness, and is considered normal practice among most hotels around the world. Fortunately, there is a convenient store nearby that we can bought the water after check in at approx. 9pm

Summary: Since we planned for 2 days enjoy at Disneyland, otherwise change to the new hotel for sure.
