Summary: The facility was reasonably clean. But there was no help in with my two large, heavy suitcases (I am a 73-year-old woman). I struggled getting them through interior doors and over uneven pavement/flooring. When I pointed this out to the desk clerk on departure, the female desk clerk pointed out that they would have called someone to help me IF I HAD ASKED FOR IT. Instead, I kidnapped one of their luggage trolleys from the lobby when I returned from dinner and kept it in my room until I was ready to leave the next morning. The restaurant on the property was extremely expensive and offered at least one dish with grass-feed beef...FROM BRAZIL, i.e., grazed on former Amazonian forest, which is disappearing at a shocking rate. Any visitor who cares about the planet knows that Brazilian beef is grown on what used to be Amazonian jungle, not some readily available grass grown right here in the US. That also saves the use of airplane fuel to get the beef from Brazil to California, which had a good likelihood of being grown within 100 miles of the restaurant. There was no info in the room on how to use either the climate control or the television. All it takes is a 3x5 card, not a technician who wasn't available because it was too late. Idiotic!
