This well-appointed home reflects Old Tahoe charm with today’s conveniences. In its 5th generation in the same family, this 5 bedroom, 3 bath is magically located on the water's edge of Kings Beach on Lake Tahoe with amazing lake views. With a very short walk to all restaurants and shops in Kings Beach, you can enjoy all that the small town has to offer. It was built in 1929 and has been extensively remodeled over the years. The home has a warm cabin feel from the moment you step inside. With a large kitchen and a lot of counter space it's the perfect place for a family gathering. The common rooms are spacious and décor welcoming and cozy with a fireplace in the living room and hardwood floors. High ceilings and natural light from the surrounding windows in the home give it a bright and joyous feel. The back yard backs right up to the beach with a fantastic BBQ and lounge area. Summary: Place was awesome! Very quaint and private for anyone that has multiple guests. All the amenities needed, your own beachfront and the VIEW… Once in a lifetime experience; Bucket list done!
