Positive: This was absolutely one of the best stays my family and I have ever had in a hotel. The hotel was amazing, clean, and the view of the falls was spectacular. However, the staff is really what made this stay special. They really went above and beyond to cater to my family and I. When I left, I felt like was leaving friends. The food was incredible and the chef clearly knows how to impress the guests. Don’t think twice about staying here. Book the falls view and enjoy the best comfort you’ve experienced with the team that runs this hotel. Side notes: infinity pool over looking the falls is amazing! 5 minute walk from the hotel to buy the tickets to walk down to the falls. The walk to the top falls view is about 400 meters and there is a pathway. When you get to the falls though the walkway becomes a little down hill. The walk to the bottom of the falls in another 400 meters and is more intense (uneven ground, steep, watch your footing) but definitely worth it. Beautiful views.
