There is a nice, enclosed Lanai with extended large paver patio for your convenience.

Gran Paradiso is a 24/7 gated community and has a resort style pool, large fitness center, sauna, game room with billiards, tennis, pickle ball and basketball court. All amenities would be available to our guests with the club fee.
Includes all linens and basic kitchen utensils.
All essentials are available for a day at the beach or pool.

Please help treat the home as if it were your own. NO smoking in the home and no smoking in the garage or lanai. Please only smoke outdoors. Any remnants of smoking rubbish or smoking in the home will result in a deodorizing and deep clean fee, minimum of $380.00. Please do not smoke on your day of departure.

No additional guest(s) without host approval. We are located in a very family friendly community. No parties or event are allowed at the home.
