“And we get to stay here?!!”.....was the excited quip from our niece as she walked in the door of this fully renovated, lakefront home. Three bedrooms (all King-sized beds!), a bunk room for two more kiddo’s, and a queen pull out. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the clear blue water that is the hallmark of Gull Lake. Your own private dock and sandy (NOT MUSHY!) bottom. There are kayaks, paddle boards, tubes for free, and a 26’ Pontoon with 150HP available for rent. The property is slightly elevated (best spot on the Bay!) to afford you and your guests 180 degree views of this amazingly crystal clear lake. Literally everything from floor to ceiling has been replaced or refreshed. New LVP floors, new furniture throughout, new outdoor seating for 10 with three different sitting and viewing areas, just steps from the water’s edge. Granite countertops, new water heater, Central Air, fully automatic generator. Plenty of parking off the road. Three restaurants within walking distance, and just (5) minutes from world class golf. Yes, you get to stay here!
