Positive: The staff was very kind. The amount of times they said "were here to help (servirle) you" was mad. They responded to my online messages almost immediately. They also booked me an early morning ride to the airport, that was a fair price and safe one (taxi rides in Lima can be very risky . Don't ever catch a random taxi, use Uber or transfer arranged by hotel). Room and bed were comfortable. Its not a fancy hotel, but it's very clean, the location is great and I felt safe as a solo traveller staying lthere.
Negative: Only one thing that was missing for me was hair dryer (i know they didnt claim that therr was one and btw the shower was great , water pressure and temperature wise,)
