Summary: Amazing stay. The hotel is very clean, feels new, and the amenities are excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. A special thank you to Rupes at reception — truly outstanding. I’ve never experienced such exceptional customer service before. He made my stay even more special. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended.
