Positive: We enjoyed a fabulous 5 nights at La Siffleuse. The host, Patrick, is super attentive and friendly. We also chatted with his wife and son, who were equally lovely. The house itself is really well equipped and spacious. We enjoyed cooking our own food (gas hob 😁) that we'd bought from the wonderful Tuesday market. The village itself is beautiful - a perfect French country village with a few small shops, plenty of cafés and places to eat and a big square where the old men play boules in the evenings. A river runs through the village and leads you on some stunning short walks into the hills and surrounding countryside. Oh yes, and the house has the best swimming pool in which to cool off at the end of the day. Thank you Patrick and Janou for a very memorable few days. We hope to be back.

Negative: The bed wasn't comfortable for me - very soft and it sunk in the middle. Everything else was great though !
