Positive: The villa has a lot of potential. The facilities are great and comfortable for a large group. The big living room and dining table, as well as the sauna cottage is super nice. It has everything you need for some good cottage-time!
Negative: The villa feels under-maintained and a needs a proper ”spring cleaning”. When we arrived there were a lot of flies inside the villa and lot of moss, conifers and other dirt maybe from the previous guests. We basically had to do vacuuming and cleaning as the first thing. With a closer look there’s stains and dirt that has been accumulating for a long time here and there. Also the stairs down to the badly maintained beach are borderline dangerous. The price would be justified with proper maintenance, but now no.
