Summary: After paying a premium because of U Mass Parents Weekend, I expected so much better. The restaurant staff was inattentive and overall service was horrible. Marriott charged for coffee in the morning and at almost $500 per night we were horrified that nothing was complimentary. The room furniture looked like it came from IKEA. I can’t believe Marriott’s name was associated with this hotel. Strongly recommend the Sheraton across the steeet…
