Upon entering the 3 bedroom/ 2 bath beach villa you will find the large family room/dining area that is beautifully decorated with coastal accents and relaxing tones to help you relax and unwind.The villa includes a fully stocked kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and electric range. The beautiful Primary suite is outfitted with a king-size bed and has a large attached bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an abundance of space for luggage and beach clothes. The third bedroom is comprised of two twin beds. All bedrooms have new bedding included. Outside is a furnished back porch overlooking the neighborhood pond with a charcoal grill.For your convenience, the villa has a full-sized washer and dryer.
