Positive: It was clean, beds were comfortable. Shower was good. Quite good central location.

Negative: It was very noisy. It was impossible to sleep with windows open but with with windows shut it was too hot even with fans working.

Summary: Good location, comfortable beds but too noisy because of outside traffic.
