House has a big yard with an extra bluff-lot across the road with a shed that stores outdoor supplies like hammock, camp chairs, games, etc.

Summary: We had rented this house previously and rented it again for a family gathering. It has been great both times we’ve rented. The house is nicely arranged for accommodating couples, families, and individuals, and provides a comfortable spot for spending relaxing time on beautiful Hat Island. The lot and picnic table across the road provide a wonderful view of Puget Sound, boats, and the state ferries.
