Positive: We had booked an upper room with a truly amazing sea view and a lovely little balcony. The room was quite big, very modern and clean. The bathroom was also spacious, modern and well equipped. The staff was very friendly from the start to the end of our stay. We had a booking that included breakfast. The breakfast is a typical buffet where they offer a lot of different things to try. My partner really enjoyed the smoked salmon for example. There is a tram station very close by the hotel. It is very easy to get to the old city center.

Negative: There is not really anything that bothered us regarding the stay itself. The only weird things was that we received some upsell emails to book a better room on an upper floor despite that we had already booked such a room (to make sure we had a nice view to enjoy).
