Positive: View from the terrace was nice.
Negative: The place tries to appear of high quality and luxurious. In reality cheap furniture and low quality built. Although almost new, already worn down. Floor in the room apparently only wiped dry, gives you dirty feet walking bare footed.
Summary: More appearance than substance.
