Positive: I have done multiple safaris, but my experience with Reto Safaris has truly been one of the best so far. Joseph and Jacob have an incredible instinct for tracking wildlife — especially the big cats. They always seemed to know exactly where to go, making sure we had the most unforgettable sightings along with amazing photo and video opportunities (definitely Instagram-worthy!). Wilson took wonderful care of us throughout the trip, always making sure we were well fed and comfortable. And every time we said “thank you,” his cheerful “Karibu” (welcome in the local language) made the experience even more special and authentic. Joshua and Guru are genuinely kind, smiling souls — always ready to help with anything, big or small. Their warmth added so much joy to the journey. A special mention to Jonnah, our driver back to Nairobi from Masai Mara National Reserve. He drove with great care and professionalism and also ensured we had a fantastic experience at Lake Naivasha along the way. What made this team even more special was how friendly and loving they were with my one-year-old. They connected with her so naturally that she was always excited to see them and play with them — which says a lot about their warmth and character. This team truly goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best of everything and create memories that last a lifetime. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable, well-organised, and heartwarming safari experience.
Negative: Coming to accommodation we had basic facilities in place. So no complaints.
