Positive: It's a large, multi-story apartment with an internal courtyard, a riad, within a complex of buildings like a condominium, where there are residents and many tourists staying. Inside this complex there are some mini-markets, cafes, and snack bars. Several bedrooms and access to the terrace. A few minutes' walk from the old city, the Medina, and a little further from Jemaa Square.
Negative: We arrived at night and were a little unsure how to access the apartment, whether with a code or a key, which was quickly resolved by picking up the key at the agency inside the building, but perhaps we could have been better informed beforehand. I believe there are several apartments of the same style in the complex, and therefore the apartment you will get may not necessarily be exactly the same, with the same features as the one in the photos.
Summary: very large multi-story apartment within a condominium.
