The Jr. Olympic sized heated pool is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, a hot tub, & the Mermaid bar. Other amenities include: a sandy beach, a Marina for boats up to 28ft, a ramp, tennis courts, pickle ball court, children's swings, charcoal grills, picnic tables, pier, cafe bar & lounging areas.
The condo building has an elevator and the unit has two bedrooms each with a King beds, 2 bathrooms and a sleeper sofa in living room.
Guests are welcome to use all the amenities at Ocean Pointe.
Dock slips need to be rented through OP dock master. Use of boat ramp and dock slips require 300K liability insurance.
