Positive: Super modern apartment in the hills above Wertheim. Very spacious with convenient, on-site parking. Quiet building and street. Heated floors in bedroom and bathroom was an unexpected luxury, as was the fancy tub.
Negative: Description of how to find apartment was a little confusing for this American. Not used to the ground floor being 0, so I didn't realize I needed to take elevator to 1st floor.
