Welcome to our charming ground-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the heart of Austin.

Enjoy the convenience of our recently updated space, offering a central location with easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Our neighborhood is not only extremely well-located but also surprisingly quiet for central Austin.

Nestled at the foot of the Texas Hill Country on the Balcones Fault line, our home provides a unique setting where the hills begin and stretch westward for several hundred miles. Explore the picturesque walking and cycling trails in the hilly areas, with stunning views from spots like Mt Bonnell Park.

Discover the charm of Burnet Road, located directly to our east, offering eclectic shops, bars, and restaurants. Easily navigate the area and avoid traffic (most of the time!) by taking the scenic side streets if the highways are busy.

Please note that the pool is not heated, but it provides a refreshing oasis for relaxation.

As your hosts, we reside on the two-story side but may not always be home. Rest assured, we are always available through the app or by phone to assist you during your stay.
