Positive: I thought the room was comfortable and the lighting made it very cosy
Negative: It was a bit confusing trying to get into the room as I didn't know what the room number was. I needed to download an app. It was recommended, but without it, I couldn't get into the room, so it would be better to make this clear before booking for people who don't use phones or have trouble with apps.
