Positive: The location was perfect, free parking for 3 cars and walk into town or the beach.
Negative: The only things that could be improved was the top bedrooms don't have curtains to shut out the light and the hot tub had an issue, which will no doubt be resolved by the time you read this.
Summary: Amazing house in the perfect location to say with friends and family.
