Positive: - the staff kindness - the underground garage (2 levels) - the facilities of the residence and the room - the AC - 2 elevators from underground garage to apartment - the great location in Miramare (close to a supermarket too)
Negative: - WiFi with no password (no encryption) - the WiFi power in my bedroom was low, but in the living room it was good: in case you'll have the same issue, you can solve it using a WiFi extender or a mobile router (mobile signal in the bedroom was good)
