Our beautiful waterfront home is a two-story single-family house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room/living room, a full-size kitchen, a partially covered deck, and a spacious patio in a large yard. It’s perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing and private getaway. Enjoy your own quiet spot in this spacious and comfortable home while taking in stunning lake views.

****First Floor****

The main (lower) level boasts breathtaking views of Lake Washington from both the dining and living rooms, elegantly furnished with oversized and bay windows that invite plenty of natural light and showcase the stunning lake views. Adjacent to the dining room is a nice bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite full bath, providing step-free access for the convenience of our guests. Along the hallway from the living room, you'll find our second full bath and our stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The in-unit washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the kitchen closet. The cozy living room is equipped with comfortable couches and a 55-inch flat-screen TV and extends to a cozy breakfast nook where you can savor your morning coffee while enjoying the stunning water view.

Step outside onto the partially covered deck area, accessible from both the living room and dining room. It features super comfy wicker chairs for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views in all seasons.

We have equipped one window AC in the living room and one portable AC in the dining room on the first floor.

The top floor features two bedrooms. The master bedroom has two queen beds and huge bay windows with stunning lake views. The other bedroom has one queen bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with window or portable AC units.

The newly built patio area features a grill, dining table, and comfortable outdoor chairs and lounge chaises for guests to hang out and enjoy the sweeping lake views and sunshine.
