Positive: Helio,the host met us personally to provide the keys, welcomed us to the apartment, showed us around the apartment and answered all of our questions upon arrival. Helio encouraged us to contact him with any questions during our stay and was very responsive to messaging throughout the entire process from initial inquiry to arrival to departure. He was so incredibly welcoming and provided tips regarding seeing the most incredible sites of the island, made restaurant recommendations and gave us of all of the information one would need in case of emergency. We've stayed at several other rental units during our travels and I would rate this as the absolute best in terms of host responsiveness, comfort, cleanliness and location. I would strongly encourage others to consider staying at A Caminho da Ilha during a stay in Ponta Delgada.

Negative: Our stay in this apartment was more than we could have hoped for and have absolutely no complaints.

Summary: Helio is an amazing host and we would highly recommend staying at his property.
