Positive: Even though Arzu Villa maybe not perfect in every respect, we are very happy to give this accommodation 10 out of 10. The main reason is the host, Mustafa, who is truly exceptional. He is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to come within minutes to solve even the smallest issue. The villa itself is spacious, and we especially liked that the living and dining area is located on the second floor, offering a beautiful sea view. The location is also very good from many perspectives. There are wonderful hiking routes in Kazdağı National Park, while Ayvalık and especially Cunda Island are perfect destinations for walking, exploring, and enjoying great food. Antic sites such as Pergamon and Assos are also easily reachable by car.

Negative: Of course, in a large house there are always small things that could be improved. It seems the property is undergoing continuous refurbishment, but Mustafa handles everything very quickly and efficiently. We believe the villa will be in even better condition for the high season.
