Positive: We booked a suite with a huge terrace, with an absolutely incredible view, and with a private hot tub, and although it was very pricey, especially for the off-season, we thought it was worth it. Our view was stunning and visiting in a cooler month like November, it was really nice to get in the hot tub after a day of sightseeing or after dinner. The room had everything we needed, though it was a little smaller than I expected. It was very clean though. And breakfast was amazing! That was definitely a highlight as well. We got made to order items like omelettes every day plus coffee drinks, and then the buffet options were really nice and fresh too. They also provided gluten-free options for me like breads and muffins. It’s a beautiful property and I really enjoyed the artwork in the common areas.
Negative: I thought the mattress was fairly hard and overall not that comfortable. I prefer memory foam or something softer, and I think for the price they could upgrade the mattresses.
Summary: Our terrace and private hot tub made it worth the price!
