Summary: We spent a 10 day vacation in Samos, we were guests in Eftinia's house in Kokkari. Our experience was very positive, the apartment directly overlooks the enchanting portico of Kokkari from the balcony of the living room and from a bedroom you can see an unforgettable sunrise, also from the same you can enjoy the view of the enchanting and green hills of Samos and the profile of Turkey is also visible. The apartment consists of two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, provided, among other things, by comfortable and large rain showers, there is also a third bathroom, the sitting room is equipped with a modern flat screen TV , a sofa and a table with chairs, the kitchen, equipped with every comfort is visible, the whole apartment is equipped with an efficient and silent air conditioning system, both the furniture and the sanitary fittings are of excellent workmanship characterized by elegance, modernity and efficiency, the apartment is located in the center of the town from where you can comfortably reach, with your own means, the many beautiful beaches of the island, if you want you can also spend the entire holiday near the house, as it is nearby there are numerous places to eat and equipped beaches, the sea is wonderful with an intense blue color, the beaches are pebbly. The house is well-kept, cleaning is daily and linen is changed every two days. Eftinia turned out to be a wonderful host, with her sympathy and sweetness she conquered us, she often offered us dishes prepared with care by herself and gave us an unforgettable evening with a typical Greek dinner, cooked by her, hosting us in the veranda below the apartment, which can be shared by guests. We have almost always had dinner and breakfast on the balcony, where there is a table with chairs, so as not to deprive us of the spectacle offered by the view of the views. The awning positioned on the balcony is electrified and can be managed by remote control. We can certainly recommend to everyone, even families or couples, a stay in the comfortable, beautiful and well-kept house of Eftimia Paolo and Paola
