Positive: The location was amazing. The house was great. Very comfortable and clean. It had an amazing view. It was not hard to get to. The drive their is beautiful.

Negative: The place was amazing, but my biggest complaint was that I specifically asked for a fireplace in my search. The information in the description stated, "As you enter the house, you will be greeted by a fireplace." The fireplace in the aforementioned is a TV. This is not a fireplace. I was very disappointed. This was a huge deal. But I still rated it an 8/10. The TV was also terrible. We could never get it to work. we just had to watch dvd's at night. But we rarely used it so again, nor a big deal.

Summary: Beautiful view but no fireplace.
