Summary: The room and en-suite were spacious, clean and well maintained. The welcome was warm and friendly. The staff were lovely and helpful. We were very impressed in the restaurant. Two years ago, I had emergency surgery, which means I cannot eat much. We asked if we could order one meal, but have 2 plates, so I could take what I could manage. This is a regular thing for us and most places will do it. At this hotel, they split the meal into the two plates and presented them normally. It was so kind and thoughtful. I still had to pass half of it to my husband, but the extra effort was very much appreciated. Ten out of ten for going that extra mile.
