Negative: The pool was absolutely freezing. Our kids wanted to swim and unwind before bed and couldn’t stay in for more than 10 minutes because it was so cold. The shower in our room and sink water was also cold. Wouldn’t get past mildly warm which made it very hard to give 2 small kids showers before bed and after a cold pool. One bed did not have a sheet on it. Had a slippery soft blanket that kept slipping off when you moved on the bed.
