Positive: The house has the perfect location, great views, and it was the right size for the 8 of us.
Negative: On check-in day, I sent a reply regarding check-in time. It was rejected so I had to call. There was no reason for the rejection as it was the check-in time, 4 pm. Time spent that was not necessary. Upon arrival, the water and ice in the refrigerator door did not work. I put in a work order on Sunday and was told no one was available that day (should not have check-in on days when no one is available to assist). During our 3-night stay, no one ever responded. We had an issue accessing the garage. After much time on the phone, I was told the garage was no longer available for use (it was listed as available). This is day 1. Other issues: no locks on 3 of the bedrooms, and 2 of the bathrooms; the flashlights had no batteries (sizes in drawer in incorrect sizes); one of the blinds did not open with the remote; the front gate bar slid off but was able to be put back on. For the price I paid, I feel that it had a nice view but if you cannot get assistance when needed and spend too much time texting and on the phone, it was not worth the money. I will look elsewhere next time.
