Positive: Our stay at the Raffles Hotel Shenzhen was exceptional from start to finish and truly reflected the high standards associated with the Raffles brand. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing a first-class guest experience. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and luxurious, offering both comfort and elegance. One of the highlights was the spa bath overlooking the Shenzhen skyline, which provided a relaxing and memorable experience, particularly in the evening with the city lights on display. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options catering to different tastes and preferences. The Long Bar on the 71st floor was another standout feature of the hotel. The atmosphere was sophisticated yet welcoming, and the cocktails were expertly crafted, making it the perfect place to unwind while enjoying the spectacular views. Dining at Yun Jing Cantonese Restaurant on the 70th floor was equally impressive. The food was beautifully presented, authentic, and full of flavour, delivering a memorable dining experience in a stunning setting. Overall, Raffles Shenzhen exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From the exceptional service and luxurious accommodation to the outstanding dining and bar experiences, it was a truly memorable stay that we would highly recommend.
