Positive: The apartment is centrally located and provides a free parking spot in a designated area nearby
Negative: I was expecting that the parking area is a bit controlled as there were some cars thar did not park in the best way possible, but this is beyond landlord's responsibility and they were helpful when we ended up in this situation
