Summary: We are the Floridians living in Venice . Our son's family came and stayed at Flamingo which we rented for them. They were satisfied. When we visited them everything looked good, convenient and complete. Just one suggestion - it would be nice to have a sun breaking screen on lanai to protect from bright and hot afternoon sun .
