Positive: Villa Gran Sasso exceeded our expectations. The location is easy to find, plenty of parking, close to Hunter mountain, Kaaterskill falls and Tannersville. Mario, the host was very responsive, quick to answer, friendly and accommodating. He even added thoughtful surprises in the villa. He is my favorite booking host I’ve had. The villa was spotless, clean smell, everything worked well, great water pressure and AC. Multiple heaters to make it very comfortable. The sauna was amazing - we used it every night. We wanted to enjoy the fire pit but it was quite windy during our stay. The best part of the villa was the space. Plenty of seating for large parties and plenty of bedrooms. The living room layout was great and we never felt crammed. The decor inside also was perfect for a chilly, cabin in the woods feel. We will stay her again. Thank you Mario.
